Only upload material you have the right to use and that is relevant to your learning, evidence, or workflow. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, confidential workplace material, or third-party personal data.

Evidence workflows are there to help learners organise supporting material. They are not a substitute for official provider, employer, regulator, or workplace requirements.
No automatic approval
An upload inside the app does not mean an employer, supervisor, provider, authority, or regulator has accepted it. Formal acceptance must come from the relevant official process.
Misuse
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or abusive content. Support may restrict access or remove material where needed to protect the service.
